Meet Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren—the stylist and educator behind LMK Guide to Mastery.

For the past 19 years, I’ve helped people feel more like themselves through hair. I specialize in extensions and hair loss solutions, but my favorite part of this work has always been the connection: getting to know the person in my chair, earning their trust, and finding what works for them.

Over the years, I’ve become certified in 17 extension methods. Having that variety matters to me because every head of hair needs something different. I want my clients to feel good about their hair and comfortable caring for it in everyday life.

Teaching grew from wanting to share what I’ve learned—including the things that took practice, patience, and a few adjustments along the way. I still work behind the chair, and I bring that experience into my classes and mentoring. My approach is open, detailed, and hands-on, with plenty of room to ask questions and work through the tricky parts together.

I created LMK Guide to Mastery to help stylists feel supported as they build their skills. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step. You just need curiosity, a willingness to practice, and someone in your corner.
