By accessing or using lmkguidetomastery.com (the "Site"), purchasing any course, workshop, mentorship, or product, or participating in any LMK community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any offerings. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, mentees, and customers of Lauren Keck LLC ("LMK," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products
Access & Delivery Upon purchase, you will receive access to your course or digital product as described on the product page. Online course access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment. In-person workshop details, including location and schedule, will be communicated via the email provided at checkout. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any course, workshop, mentorship package, or digital product. Please review all course details carefully before purchasing. Payment Plans If you enroll using a payment plan, you are committing to all installments in full. Failure to complete payments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and access to course materials may be suspended until the balance is brought current.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to course materials, videos, written guides, techniques, branding, logos, photography, and the LMK name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lauren Keck LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, screen-record, share login credentials, or create derivative works from any LMK content without express written permission. This includes sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals or republishing techniques as your own original curriculum.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

4. In-Person Workshops & Events
Cancellations by Participant Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with written notice at least 14 days prior to the event date. Transfers are subject to LMK approval.

Cancellations or Changes by LMK In the unlikely event that LMK must cancel or significantly reschedule a workshop, registered participants will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal value. LMK is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled event.Conduct All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow attendees. LMK reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, without refund.

5. Mentorship
Mentorship packages are subject to availability and are non-refundable once initiated. Scheduled sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited. LMK mentorship is intended for licensed or actively practicing cosmetology professionals.

6. Product Sales & Shipping
Products purchased through the LMK Store are subject to the following:

  • All sales are final on professional tools and extension products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic documentation.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. LMK is not responsible for carrier delays.

  • LMK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You may not share your account access with others. LMK reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or misused without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
LMK's courses, products, and mentorship are provided for professional education and skill development. Results vary based on individual effort, existing skill level, market conditions, and other factors outside LMK's control. Nothing in our materials constitutes a guarantee of income, client acquisition, or business success.
All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lauren Keck LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, participation in courses or workshops, or purchase of products — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

LMK's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms
LMK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or LMK offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
